i have only had tossa lite ropes so i cannot really compare with others, but i am really satisfied with these. i definitely think that 6mmis better than 7mm on my body, it looks less bulky and i find it easier to handle as well since it is lighter.
as with my previous orders of tossa lites to prevent them from being really really dusty/fluffy, i went through a process of fraying & singeing them.
